The story

This sweatshirt is a bold tribute to one of hip-hop’s most iconic personalities, Flavor Flav of Public Enemy. Featuring an electrifying illustrated portrait, this piece captures Flav in all his larger-than-life glory, hands up in his signature animated style, rocking the unmistakable oversized clock that came to symbolize both urgency and awareness. More than just a fashion statement, the clock represents a call to consciousness, a reminder to “know what time it is” in a world where time is power and presence is everything.

Flavor Flav wasn't just a hype man, he was a movement. As the energetic foil to Chuck D’s militant bars in Public Enemy, he brought humor, volume, and style to a group that redefined political rap in the late ‘80s and early ‘90s. This artwork channels that legacy through bright colors, exaggerated lines, and the raw charisma that made Flav an icon of Black culture and hip-hop history.
